All Sherman wildcat reamers are now “B” spec only. All PRC ( ie: 6.5 PRC, 7 PRC, and 300 PRC) are all AW2 spec.

for WSM, SAUM, Norma Mags we recommend you send it a test shell with your barrel to ensure proper freebore length for the bullet you are using.

Our send-in barrel chambering service lets you ship us your barrel blank and have it chambered, threaded, and finished to your specifications. We handle the precision machining in-house, so you can get your barrel back and get your build moving.

NOTE: All PRC chambers are cut to AW2 specifications. All Sherman wildcat chambers are currently cut to B specifications only.

We can flute your barrel in-house as part of the process. Add fluting to your barrel while we have it in the shop and keep the entire project moving through one location.

In-House Cerakote Barrel Finishing

We also offer in-house Cerakote for your barrel.

Instead of shipping your finished barrel to another shop for coating, let us handle the finish while your barrel is already here. This can save you time, shipping costs, and the hassle of coordinating multiple shops.

How Our Send-In Barrel Service Works

Getting your barrel to SJA is simple.

1. Select your options.
Choose your action, chamber, muzzle configuration, finished length, and available finish options when you place your order.

2. Ship us your barrel blank.
After checkout, print a copy of your invoice and place it inside the box with your barrel.

3. We put your barrel into the queue.
Once your barrel arrives, our team gets it into our production queue.

4. We chamber, thread, and finish your barrel.
We complete the selected machining and finishing services in-house.

5. We ship it back to you.
Your completed barrel ships back when the work is finished.

Our average turnaround is 3–4 weeks to ship your completed barrel back to you.
