These Website Standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of our website, StraightJacketArmory accessible at straightjacketarmory.com. These terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this website.
Return and Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Due to the very specific custom parts that we have to order to serve our customers, we have a zero-cancellation policy after 48 hours. Once you place an order with us, we will not grant a refund. However, we do reserve the right to grant cancellations at our discretion. Cancellations that are granted have a 50% restocking fee. Because of the nature of our business, many of our orders are custom orders. We do not keep an inventory. This is a custom-built rifle shop, and as such, we cannot grant refunds. If you are unhappy with your finished product, please contact us at: sales@straightjacketarmory.com.
Note: We recommend that you insure your package using Route for safe return so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use Route shipping insure you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
The United States Postal Service offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.
Change Orders
We at Straight Jacket understand minds change and you might want to change your order. While we will accomodate your changes we reserve the right to charge a fee to change the order as it takes us time to do so in both our traveler system and also our quickbooks. This takes time and we will charge accordingly. Minimum of 25.00 and maximum of 100.00 depending on length of changes and if the product is in process in the machine shop.

General Firearms Sales
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to SJA within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items are not normally sold by our store and will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.
Customer Service
If you encounter any problems with your order or the checkout process, or if you have any questions about the status of your order, simply contact our customer service staff through our Contact Us page.
Order Fulfillment
All orders are shipped promptly from our location when the item is built using UPS or USPS, or FedEx. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS or USPS and fed ex to the email you used at checkout.
Online Price and Description Errors
Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money.
If an item’s description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Straight Jacket Armory will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.
Ammunition Purchases
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas*
Shipping Policy:
Orders placed with standard shipping are estimated to ship within 3-5 business days from the time the order is built. Our estimated shipping time is based on several factors, including the type of product you have ordered and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment. Orders for multiple items can sometimes take longer to assemble before we are able to ship and may be shipped in multiple packages. All firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer. The ship times for firearms is also dependent on whether or not we have the receiving dealer’s FFL on file, or if we need to obtain that from them. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm MT for standard or express shipping may not be processed until the next business day.
We do not insure any packages and once it leaves SJA we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We recommend you use our partner ROUTE as they guarantee your shipment and replace it if any issues arise!
Where Can We Ship To?
Anywhere in the continental United States, additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. We do not currently offer shipping outside of the United States. Some restrictions may apply.

We Cannot Ship to P.O Boxes
We cannot ship to CA., MA., DC., IL. NJ. or New York City.
We cannot ship to San Francisco, Oakland, Sacramento or Los Angeles. There are new laws being passed all the time, so we advise checking your local laws to make sure it is legal for ammo to be shipped to your address.

Ammunition and Firearms Disclaimer:
Firearm possession is transferred in person at an FFL dealer after all applicable state and federal requirements have been successfully completed. You must pass a background check and meet minimum age requirements. You are responsible for knowing your federal, state and local laws regarding firearm and ammunition purchase and possession.
Must be at least 18 years of age to purchase long gund and rifle ammunition. Must be 21 years of age to purchase handguns and handgun ammunition.
Ammunition and Magazine Shipping Guidelines
Straight Jacket Armory cannot ship to a PO Box or a PMB, a physical address is mandatory. Ammunition is shipped UPS ground and an adult signature is required. Accessories will be shipped either UPS or USPS, whichever is most cost effective. We do not use FedEx. Customers will be provided with a tracking number and shipping status.
Restrictions by State:
Alaska: No ammunition. Ok to ship magazines.
California: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
Colorado: No magazine shipments. Ok to ship ammunition.
Connecticut: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
Hawaii: No ammunition or primer shipments. Ok to ship magazines.
Illinois: No magazine shipments. Must have valid FOID Card to order ammo.
Maryland: No magazine shipments. Ok to ship ammunition.
Massachusetts: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
New Jersey: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
New York: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
Ohio: No magazine shipments. Ok to ship ammunition.
Washington D.C: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
By registering with Straight Jacket Armory, you certify that you are of legal age to purchase and/or possess ammunition and furthermore that you are not in violation of any state, local or federal laws prohibiting you from purchasing, owning or receiving ammunition or firearms.
Any order that conflicts with your state, local or federal law will be terminated immediately and refunded minus a 15% fee. Credit card companies impose a fee when an order is placed online. We will not absorb this fee if you choose not to be informed of your laws.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Straight Jacket Armory from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Variation of Terms
Straight Jacket Armory is permitted to reverse these terms at any time as it sees fit and by using this website you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.
Assignment
Straight Jacket Armory is allowed to assign, transfer and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer or subcontract any of your rights and/or its obligations under these terms.
Entire Agreement
