Information Collection, Use and Sharing:
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services or changes to this privacy policy.
Your Access to and Control Over Information:
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:
- See what data we have about you, if any.
- Change/correct any data we have about you.

Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect the sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Return and Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Due to the very specific custom parts that we have to order to serve our customers, we have a zero-cancellation policy after 48 hours, if it is cancelled a minimum %5 will be charged to cover the credit card fees we are charged. Once you place an order with us, we will not grant a refund. However, we do reserve the right to grant cancellations at our discretion. Cancellations that are granted have a minimum 30% restocking fee. Because of the nature of our business, many of our orders are custom orders. We do not keep an inventory. This is a custom-built rifle shop, and as such, we cannot grant refunds. If you are unhappy with your finished product, please contact us at: straightjacketarmory@gmail.com.
Note: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
The United States Postal Service offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.
Order Fulfillment
All orders are shipped promptly from our location when the item is built using UPS or USPS, or FedEx. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS or USPS and fed ex to the email you used at checkout.
Shipping Policy:
Orders placed with standard shipping are estimated to ship within 3-5 business days from the time the order is built. Our estimated shipping time is based on several factors, including the type of product you have ordered and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment. Orders for multiple items can sometimes take longer to assemble before we are able to ship and may be shipped in multiple packages. All firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer. The ship times for firearms is also dependent on whether or not we have the receiving dealer’s FFL on file, or if we need to obtain that from them. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm MT for standard or express shipping may not be processed until the next business day.
Straight Jacket Armory is not liable for any packages once they have been transferred to and accepted by the shipping carrier. Upon shipment, ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the carrier and the customer. Straight Jacket Armory is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for filing any necessary claims directly with the shipping carrier. While Straight Jacket Armory will make reasonable efforts to assist with providing shipping information or documentation, we do not guarantee replacement, reimbursement, or recovery of packages affected by carrier-related issues.
Where Can We Ship To?
Anywhere in the continental United States, additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer shipping outside of the United States. Some restrictions may apply.

We Cannot Ship to P.O Boxes
We cannot ship to CA., MA., DC., IL. NJ. or New York City.
We cannot ship to San Francisco, Oakland, Sacramento or Los Angeles. There are new laws being passed all the time, so we advise checking your local laws to make sure it is legal for ammo to be shipped to your address.
Disclaimer
By registering with Straight Jacket Armory, you confirm that you are of appropriate age to purchase ammunition and there are no local, state or federal laws prohibiting you from purchasing, receiving or owning ammunition.
Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS. We do not use FedEx!! Tracking numbers will be provided on all orders. All orders receive an email confirmation, if you request one.
Straight Jacket Armory does not ship outside the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Massachusetts or Chicago or any other area within the U.S where we are prohibited by federal. state or local law to ship product. Please see Terms and Conditions for further restrictions.
Ammunition and Magazine Shipping Guidelines
Straight Jacket Armory cannot ship to a PO Box or a PMB, a physical address is mandatory. Ammunition is shipped UPS ground and an adult signature is required. Accessories will be shipped either UPS or USPS, whichever is most cost effective. We do not use FedEx. Customers will be provided with a tracking number and shipping status.
Restrictions by State:
Alaska: No ammunition. Ok to ship magazines.
California: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
Colorado: No magazine shipments. Ok to ship ammunition.
Connecticut: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
Hawaii: No ammunition or primer shipments. Ok to ship magazines.
Illinois: No magazine shipments. Must have valid FOID Card to order ammo.
Maryland: No magazine shipments. Ok to ship ammunition.
Massachusetts: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
New Jersey: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
New York: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
Ohio: No magazine shipments. Ok to ship ammunition.
Washington D.C: No ammunition or magazine shipments.
By registering with Straight Jacket Armory, you certify that you are of legal age to purchase and/or possess ammunition and furthermore that you are not in violation of any state, local or federal laws prohibiting you from purchasing, owning or receiving ammunition or firearms.
Any order that conflicts with your state, local or federal law will be terminated immediately and refunded minus a 15% fee. Credit card companies impose a fee when an order is placed online. We will not absorb this fee if you choose not to be informed of your laws.
