Please note if we have to disassemble ANYTHING it will be a minimum 25.00 charge so please ensure all items are disassembled (ie. Plunger, spring, extractor, etc)
Please keep the small parts as they can be lost and we are not liable if anything gets lost that we do not disassemble.
We also recommend that you keep your firing pin and springs nitriding the firing pin can cause it to become brittle and susceptible to damage.

Choose from the available options below. We ship coating batches on a regular basis. So, depending on when you send your parts in, you can expect a turnaround time of about 3 to 5 weeks. That makes planning your build or upgrade process easier and more predictable.
If you prefer not to disassemble your parts before sending them, no problem—we’ll handle that for a small fee. You can find this disassembly service in the drop-down menu. However, if you send in your components without disassembling and don’t select the service, we’ll need to collect the fee before returning your items. We ensure everything is handled with care and precision.
Important Notice on Parts Removal and Reinstallation
If you choose to remove your parts prior to sending them in, you will need to check fitment once your items are returned. Small amounts of blasting media may remain from the process, so it is your responsibility to ensure all parts are thoroughly cleaned and ready before reinstalling your extractor, ejector, or other components.
When we perform this work, part of the price includes final cleaning and quality control. Straight Jacket Armory is not responsible for any damage caused by reinstalling parts that have not been fully cleaned prior to installation.
