Straight Jacket Armory offers shouldered pre-fit barrels for Defiance Tenacity and Defiance Ruckus actions. These barrels install easily and deliver consistent, repeatable accuracy. We cut every barrel to match Defiance specifications for proper headspace and fit.

We use match-grade stainless steel and carbon fiber barrel options. Stainless barrels provide durability, consistency, and excellent heat control. Carbon fiber barrels reduce weight while maintaining strength and rigidity. Both options perform well for hunting, competition, and long-range shooting.

CNC Cut Barrels

CNC-cut stainless match barrels are now the standard for pre-fit barrels. Top NRL competitors trust these barrels for consistency and accuracy. Our high-pressure wash reaming process creates smooth chambers and throats with no tooling marks. This reduces the need for fire lapping and allows barrels to group right away. We use only high-quality, cryo-treated blanks. We inspect every blank with a Hawkeye borescope before machining.

Our machining process focuses on precision at every step. We chamber each barrel with tight tolerances and smooth finishes. This helps improve accuracy and reduces break-in time. Each barrel meets the same standards we use for our full custom builds.

Carbon fiber barrel availability changes often. Please call or email for current options. Lead times for stainless Proof and carbon fiber barrels can range from 12 to 16 weeks. Some orders ship faster depending on specifications, while others take longer. This industry is small and produces highly specialized products with very tight tolerances.

Do not install barrels cut for short actions on long action receivers. Long actions require a longer shank. Using the wrong barrel can damage your action and cause injury.
