Addressing Accuracy Issues with the Sig Cross

Hi I was thinking about a 26 inch 6 dasher barrel. But I want to hunt and shoot far, should I drop the length? Also I want to accurize my cross any way you can. Direct scope mounting to base? Do you make a longer mlok rail for long barrels? Thanks for your time I’m going to order soon
I’m not sure why everyone always wants to mess with a stock rifle. The other day my 308 Cross shot a 5 shot .34 inch group at 200 yards.
