Pre-fit Barrel for the Sig Cross.
Built for many applications the Sig Sauer Cross rifle can perform in many areas. It is lightweight, compact, and upgradeable. Our expert machinist threads and chambers each Straight Jacket Armory pre-fit barrel for the Sig Cross. He dials in and cuts one barrel at a time. Optimizing the barrel’s threading and chamber to be the straightest, most accurate barrel.
We have built on the success of the Sig Cross with our pre-fit barrels to fill many roles from hunting, precision long-range shooting, and department sniper rifles. Straight Jacket offers three options for barrel contours. Including a match factory barrel, a match heavy bull barrel, and a carbon fiber barrel.
When you upgrade your rifle with a Straight Jacket Armory pre-fit barrel for the Sig Cross you will upgrade the accuracy. This will allow your Cross to shoot groups of 1 MOA and better every time. I picked up 2 barrels for my cross rifle. I got the 7SAW and the 22GT.
The 22GT is a tack driver! Getting 3020 out of 90tips, and load work was a snap! First load I tried shoots .4 MOA I haven’t had a chance to shoot the 7 yet, but I am sure it will hammer!

I tried a couple Odin barrels and a Prefered, the odins are okay, the prefered was junk. I have been using my SJA barrel for NRL Hunter matches and these barrels are the real deal. Yes, they cost more than any of the others, but you get what you pay for!

Recently I purchased a 277 Sig Furry barrel for my Cross rifle through SJA. I couldn’t be happier with the communication craftsmanship, and attention to detail by there team. I ordered the standard Sig contour stainless Barrel in 16.5 inch. My only regret is I wish I would have left it 20-inches for a little better accuracy. I am seeing a little over 1MOA accuracy from the short 16.5 inch model, but believe the 20inch would reduce the spread to 3/4MOA similar to what I was getting with the 6.5 Creedmore barrel.
