We start with a Kelbly’s Atlas Lite, with Falkor and Impact upgrade options depending on caliber and lead time.
Then we wrap it all up in a carbon fiber Manners PH package that will impress even the most discerning critic!
We use only Accuracy-proven Carbon Fiber Barrels by Proof Research. The trigger is a TT Primary, offering a smooth pull even when it’s dirty.
Available with an M5 type DBM, you can choose the options that matter most to you!

Description
The Shinobi pro-hunter rifle brings modern long‑range technology into a lightweight, sub–7‑pound package. Every part of this rifle is built for comfort and ergonomics, from the stock to the trigger.
We designed this rifle to be light and easy to shoot. Many lightweight rifles feel jumpy or hard to control. The Shinobi does not. Straight Jacket is known for accuracy in the match world, and our hunting rifles follow the same standards.
The Timney Trigger gives a smooth pull, even when it is dirty. If you hunt in dusty conditions, this trigger keeps working. You can choose either a BDL or an M5 detachable magazine system. Both options feed smoothly. Many owners say they cannot tell when the rifle runs empty.
Custom Chambering
We also offer custom chambers at no extra charge. Select “CUSTOM” in the dropdown menu and call us with your chamber choice. We support the most popular long‑range cartridges, including 6.5 PRC, 300 PRC, the new 7 PRC, and the Sherman Short Mags. All Sherman wildcats use B‑spec. All PRC chambers use AW2 spec.
The rifle ships with a 3‑port brake, an Atlas bipod mount, and a 20 MOA rail.
Delivery times vary by request. Most rifles ship within six months or less.
We offer three standard Cerakote colors. You can mix and match them in almost any combo. Call us with your order number to confirm your color scheme. We want your rifle to turn out exactly the way you want it.

Had about 7 months to shoot this rifle before I left a review. I currently have just over 400 rounds on it. Mine is a 22” 7PRC (I opted for the LW7 Falkor action)
First, the action: this thing is smooth as smooth gets! What ever they used to coat the action and bolt it works, and it’s tough! No oil needed.
Accurate? Yeah, it is… but I did have a bad lot# of precision hunter ammo that shot terrible. I ended up shooting 180 eldm over H1000 handloads for a very consistent 3/8MOA.
This rifle is so light, that you may have a little trouble in the beginning, it will keep you honest and ensure you are doing your part giving the trigger a clean brake, and solid repeatable pressure on the gun,
In conclusion, I would highly recommend this rifle, and I will be back for another!
If you are looking for a lighter rifle for your next hunt this is it!

Order one in 300PRC with a 22 inch barrel. Recoil is modest using my Thunderbeast ultra 7. (I recommend practicing with the area 419 hellfire break these guys ship the rifle with so you don’t get a flinch)
This rifle is super lite weight, and its long range capability’s are pretty much on par with my match rifle as long as I do my part.

Straight Jacket knocked this one out of the park. I worked with their team to spec a 7 PRC on a Kelby Lite action with a Proof Research barrel — their customer service stayed in touch through the entire build and was excellent. Out of the box the rifle felt high-quality, and after the barrel break-in it flat-out shoots: I’m routinely seeing groups between 1/4″–1/3″ (well under 1/2″). Hands down the best rifle I’ve owned — I’ll be back for more. Highly recommend Straight Jacket.
